AutoOrder AI is built with a privacy-by-design architecture. No voice data is stored by default. Voice interactions are processed in real time to facilitate ordering and are not retained after the order is completed. Enterprise customers may opt into anonymized analytics for service improvement purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our AI voice ordering services, process drive-thru orders, communicate with you about your account and services, send operational updates, and provide customer support. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve AI model accuracy and service quality.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, POS integration partners), and when required by law. Order data transmitted to restaurant POS systems is used solely to facilitate order preparation.
