1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoOrder AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a franchise, restaurant group, or QSR brand, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

AutoOrder AI provides a smartphone-first voice AI ordering platform for quick-service restaurant drive-thrus. The service includes voice AI ordering via QR code, POS integration, multilingual support, analytics, and related tools delivered as a cloud-based SaaS platform. We may update, modify, or enhance features with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information about your restaurant locations, POS systems, and menu data. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment Terms

SaaS subscription fees are billed monthly or annually per store as selected. Pilot programs may have separate terms. Onboarding fees cover menu configuration, POS integration setup, and staff training. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. All fees are in Canadian or U.S. dollars as specified in your agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including reverse engineering our AI models, interfering with service operations, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. You retain ownership of your menu data, order information, and operational analytics. AutoOrder AI retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and underlying technology.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime for our voice ordering platform. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees (up to 99.99%) with defined remedies for downtime as specified in their enterprise agreement. The traditional speaker box remains operational as a fallback during any service interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoOrder AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
